Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  1. Standard Shipping

    • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days
    • Price: $5.99 (Free on orders over $100)
  2. Expedited Shipping

    • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
    • Price: $12.99
  3. Express Shipping

    • Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days
    • Price: $19.99

Note: Shipping rates may vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view your shipping costs at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Unfortunately, we do not yet offer international shipping, but we’re working on expanding our delivery areas soon!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey. You can also log into your account to track the status of your order.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control, especially during peak seasons (e.g., holidays). Please allow extra time for delivery in such cases.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Order Modifications & Cancellations
